"Rolling Thunder" Memorial Day Weekend BBQ

Each year thousands of motorcyclists ride into DC in memory of veterans and POWs. Dave and my mom host a BBQ every on memorial day for this occasion. They have tons of friends who come in from different areas to ride and come to the BBQ. Here are some pictures from this year events.

Sarah & BJ's "Derby" Themed Wedding Shower

Josh and I returned on May 1st from our cruise. The next day, we got up at the crack of dawn and drove to Huntington, WV. It is about a 7.5 hour trip! We did not want to miss their shower and spending time with them! Here are some pictures from the event! We were so glad we could make it! The next morning (Sunday) we got up again at the crack of dawn and headed back home.

Xerox President's Club - Carribean Cruise

Josh was awarded a cruise on the very classy Regent Seven Seas Navigator. The boat was completely rented out for Xerox people. It was incredible! We were treated like kings and queens!

Since the cruise took off from Fort Lauderdale, we decided to head down to Florida a few days early. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to spend those days together - just the two of us. However, during this time, the Swine Flu broke out. Our boat was supposed to go sail to Cozumel. As soon as we boarded the boat, we were informed that the we would be going to Nassau instead. We were both a bit bummed since we have been to Nassau before. However, we couldn't really complain about a free (all expenses paid) trip!

The cruise was fantastic! The food, the drinks, everything! The only downfall was I got a terrible sunburn in the Bahamas and didn't feel great the next couple days. Besides that, we were spoiled with treats left in our room such as bottles of wine, champagne and strawberries, and a beautiful piece of Waterford Crystal!

Itinerary:
-Fort Lauderdale
-Key West
-Bahamas
-Fort Lauderdale

Sin City!!

Joshua and I went to Vegas for a week to attend the annual Xerox Kick-off meeting! Well, actually, I went to play and he went to work! Although, in the evenings Xerox did provide us with tons of events and free food and alcohol! Vegas was too much for me to handle! I would consider going back in the summer when it is warm there but it was cold in Feb. and the pools were all closed. The Bellagio is a goregus hotel and it was awesome to get to stay there!
