Sin City!!

Joshua and I went to Vegas for a week to attend the annual Xerox Kick-off meeting! Well, actually, I went to play and he went to work! Although, in the evenings Xerox did provide us with tons of events and free food and alcohol! Vegas was too much for me to handle! I would consider going back in the summer when it is warm there but it was cold in Feb. and the pools were all closed. The Bellagio is a goregus hotel and it was awesome to get to stay there!

Light the Night

Light The Night is the nation’s night to pay tribute and bring hope to thousands of patients battling blood cancers and to commemorate loved ones lost. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) funds lifesaving cancer research that has contributed to major advances in the treatment of blood cancers and many other types of cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and stem cell transplants, that have helped patients live better, longer lives. New targeted therapies that kill cancer cells without harming normal tissue are providing drugs and procedures that are improving the quality of life.

We walked in honor of my Grandfather, Gordon Best. I carried a gold colored balloon in honor of him.
